Neurodivergent and Trauma-informed speaker
For organisations, events, and platforms who want to do things differently - with depth, warmth, and real-world insight.
I’m Carly Radford, a neurodiversity speaker, a psychotherapist, registered nurse, and trauma specialist with over a decade of experience supporting sensitive, neurodivergent, and trauma-impacted individuals across health, education, and therapeutic settings.
I now bring that same blend of clinical knowledge and lived experience to consultancy, speaking, writing, and training – helping others better understand the people they work with, live alongside, or support.
How I Can Contribute
Whether you’re seeking:
a guest neurodiversity speaker for your event or summit
a podcast guest with heart and nuance
a writer or contributor for your article, book or platform
a trainer for your staff or students
a consultant to help shape more inclusive services, content, or environments
… I’d love to bring something thoughtful, empowering, and human to the table.
I’ve spoken in Parliament about sexual violence provision, presented at the University of Derby, and delivered training sessions across NHS services to both staff and service users. I’ve also contributed to podcasts, online summits, and articles and I’m always open to creative collaborations that align with my values.

Style & Presence
My style is warm, grounded, and relatable. I balance research and depth with humanity and connection — so your audience not only learns, but feels something too.
