Group Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults
Group therapy for late-identified Autistic and ADHD adults who are ready to explore who they are — underneath the masking.
You’ve spent your whole life adapting. Analysing. Blending in. Maybe you’ve only recently discovered you’re neurodivergent. Maybe you’ve known for a while, but you still feel unsure how to fully be that version of yourself — out loud, in the world. If so, then our group therapy for neurodivergent adults is here to help you explore who you are.
What if you didn’t have to figure it out alone?
Our group therapy for neurodivergent adults sessions are a place where you don’t need to explain everything.
Where depth, humour, sensitivity, and nuance are not “too much.”
Where it’s safe to go gently, and be met exactly where you are.
These groups are led by two Autistic and ADHD therapists – Carly Radford and Cloie Parfitt (@the_neurodivergent_therapist). We are two people who truly get it. We’ve built these spaces with late-identified, masked, overthinking, under-supported neurodivergent adults in mind.
There are two group options depending on what kind of support you’re looking for:

Weekly Group Therapy
A rolling, relational group therapy for Autistic and ADHD adults
DATE TBC | £40 per session | Max 8 people
This is a slower, deeper space – with less structure and more spaciousness. It’s a place to connect, reflect, and process in community. There’s no set curriculum, no weekly tasks – just a steady rhythm of showing up together and gently exploring what it means to be you, now that you know.
We talk about masking and unmasking, burnout and shutdown, fawn responses, identity, grief, and all the layered contradictions of being a neurodivergent adult in a world that often misunderstands us.
It’s a place to hear yourself in others. To feel less alone. To unpick the things you’ve carried for too long.
How does it work?
This is a rolling group meaning there’s no fixed end date. People join when a space becomes available and stay for as long as it feels supportive. When someone feels ready to leave, they have a goodbye session to mark their ending.
The group meets weekly on Zoom for 90 minutes. It’s a consistent space — same day, same time, same core group — so even though people come and go over time, the heart of the group remains steady.
How does it help?
Group therapy can offer a kind of healing that’s hard to access alone. Especially for neurodivergent people who’ve often felt “too much,” “too intense,” or fundamentally different.
In this space, we practice being together, as we are. Not performing, not shrinking, not masking. Just slowly learning to be seen, and to see others, with more gentleness and truth. The changing dynamic of the group — new people joining, others leaving — might feel unsettling at first. But with the right support, it can actually become a powerful part of the work. Because many Autistic and ADHD adults have experienced ruptured relationships, ghosting, or painful transitions, we approach change with intention. Goodbyes are named and honoured. New members are welcomed gently. Over time, this helps build trust — not just in the group, but in relationships more broadly

Why join us?
We’re not just therapists. We’re also neurodivergent, sensitive, and chronically ill ourselves.
We know what it’s like to push through burnout, people-please out of survival, and feel like we’re never quite getting it “right.” We’ve spent years unpicking the impact of masking and internalised shame… and we still are.
We bring clinical experience, lived experience, humour, compassion, and a deep commitment to creating safer, spacious group sessions where all of you is welcome.
