Support for deep feelers, big thinkers and sensitive souls
For anyone who’s ever been told they’re “too much” – too emotional, too sensitive, too intense – or who’s exhausted from all the “overs”: overthinking, over-giving, overdoing. You don’t have to shrink yourself to belong here. Let’s work together to explore how to make room for yourself.

Why you might be here…
You’re deeply thoughtful, emotionally aware, and quietly overwhelmed.
You overthink, overfunction, and over-accommodate.
You feel pressure to always do well, be kind, and get it right.
No matter how much you achieve, it never feels like enough.
Your anxiety shrinks your world – you avoid more than you want to, and feel less in control than you seem.
You suspect you might be highly sensitive or neurodivergent – and you’re curious about what that means.
You’ve experienced trauma or distress and want to understand its impact.
You minimise your past, but still feel its effects.
You long to understand yourself and feel less like a problem to be fixed.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not too much. You’ve just been carrying too much, for too long.
Many of the people I work with relate to several of the experiences above, while others come with one or two areas they’re struggling with. Wherever you are in your journey, you’re welcome here.

Meet Carly
Hello I’m Carly,
I’m a Neurodivergent Therapist who feels deeply, thinks a lot, and knows what it’s like to carry quiet overwhelm beneath a calm surface. I’m passionate about supporting people who’ve found themselves staying small, going quiet, or putting others first – whether because of trauma, expectations, or a world that didn’t understand them. I help people find their voice, take up space, and begin to accept their beautiful way of being in the world.
I’m an integrative psychotherapist and registered nurse, with over a decade of experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, and burnout. My work is shaped not just by training, but by lived experience, curiosity, and a deep belief in the power of meaningful relationships. I work online – often with a dog or two nearby – offering individual therapy, supportive groups and resources to help those at a variety of price points.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me falling down research rabbit holes, belting out songs from musicals, ugly-crying over a dead dragon in my fantasy book, or quietly spiralling into existential angst whilst letting my coffee go cold (again!).
